Outcall Policy

Outcall massage services are available at the client’s chosen location, provided the environment is safe, appropriate, and suitable for professional treatment.

This includes adequate space for a massage table, a clean and quiet setting, safe access to and from the property, and ensuring that pets are kept out of the treatment area for the duration of the session.

The therapist reserves the right to refuse or terminate an outcall appointment if the location or circumstances are deemed unsafe, unsuitable, or inappropriate. This includes situations where pets cannot be suitably contained away from the treatment space. In such cases, the full session fee may still apply.

Outcall services are strictly professional and therapeutic in nature. Any inappropriate behaviour, requests, or conduct will result in immediate termination of the session, with no refund issued.
