Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, late arrivals that prevent the full session from taking place, or failure to attend may be charged at 100% of the session fee.

For outcall appointments, late cancellations significantly impact travel time and scheduling and will be enforced strictly.
