As a guideline, rates start from £100 per hour for a minimum of three clients, allowing approximately 20 minutes per person - ideal for a quick, energising reset for your team. Session formats, treatment focus, duration, and booking frequency can all be fully tailored to suit your team’s needs and working environment.
